SikaForce®-800 Blue Filler 

SikaForce®-800 Blue Filler is a two-component, polyurethane-based structural adhesive and filler designed for bonding and filling applications in composite and industrial manufacturing. The material is formulated to provide high mechanical strength and excellent gap-filling properties, making it suitable for structural joints where load transfer and dimensional stability are required.

The blue pigmentation enables easy visual inspection of adhesive coverage and bond line presence, supporting quality control in safety-critical applications. SikaForce®-800 Blue Filler exhibits good adhesion to a wide range of substrates including fiber-reinforced composites, metals, wood, and selected plastics.

Once cured, the adhesive provides a durable bond with good resistance to vibration, impact, and fatigue loading, making it suitable for dynamic and demanding service environments.
